Requirements

Products should be in perfect condition.
For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties and boxers, except when there is a manufacturing defect.
Final Sale: This product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns:

For a withdrawal of your purchase, you have 30 days to return the product. Please follow the instructions in the Return Center. The total amount of the returned item(s) will be credited within the next 7 business days through the original method of payment used to make the purchase.

Returns in the United States and Canada: Every return or exchange done for items purchased in the United States and Canada is 100% FREE.
Returns from other countries: The shipping cost is nonrefundable and the shipping return cost is paid by the customer. For exchanges, the customer pays for the return shipping and Leonisa pays for the new item to be shipped to the customer.
